Refund Request

First year:

Refund request extension for Magento 2 allows admins to provide their customers with an opportunity to claim refund within specific days of their order. Customers can specify the reason for the claim and admins have the option to accept or reject the request considering the reason. Both the customer and admin are notified when a refund request is submitted.

A good shopping experience makes repeat customers. Allowing your customers to request a refund in case they don’t like the product considerably improves their shopping experience. It also builds their loyalty to the store and will prefer to shop from the same store for future purchases instead of going to competitors.

Key Features

  • Make Refund Applicable for Specific Days after a Purchase
  • Enable & Customize Request Popup Form
  • Notify Admin & Customer on New Refund Requests
  • Avoid Fake Refund Requests via reCAPTCHA
  • Manage Requests on a Handy Grid

Limit Order Refund Days

You can specify days within which customers can request a refund after they have placed the order. During this time, they will see a ‘Refund Request’ option on their ‘My Orders’ section. After the deadline is over, the option will disappear and they won’t be able to submit a request.

Allow Customers To Request Via A Popup Form

Customers can submit their request by filling a form that will popup when they click the ‘Refund Request’ option. They can specify the reason for the refund and write a description (if enabled). You can customize the form title. To avoid spammy refund requests, you can enable reCAPTCHA by providing the site and secret keys.

Enable Email Notifications

You can enable admin email notification and provide an email address so that the admin gets notified when a new refund request is submitted. The customer also gets notified on the email he used while creating the account.

Manage Requests From A Grid

A handy grid allows you to view all the requests with their statuses and accept or reject a request. You can also delete requests in bulk.
