You can enable the ‘Contact/Quote’ button on your product pages to allow customers to submit their inquiries about products by without being redirected from the page.

With an Ajax-based popup form, you give your customers the best user experience when they interact with the soft popup. It is a fast loading popup that requires only the following fields:

Allow Customers to Submit Images on Inquiry Form

To allow customers to explain their requests in more detail, our Magento 2 Product Inquiry extension allows image upload feature so customers can attach relevant images to support their inquiry. The extension supports the following formats:

Manage All Inquiries from Central Dashboard

It helps you streamline your inquiry management process by listing all entries on a central dashboard where you can view, edit, approve and reply to them accordingly. From there you can change the status of the inquiry to Done, Delete, New, Pending, or Under Process.

 

Add 'Request for Quote' Link in Footer

In addition to the product pages, the extension also creates a footer link to the ‘Request for Quote' form so that the users can easily access 'Get a Quote' form while being on any page of your website.
