Store FAQs & Product Questions extension for Magento 2 helps you answer all the commonly asked questions about your store and products without the need to exchange individual email with your customers. It allows you to pre-answer Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about your products and feature them on your product page in an elegantly designed accordion style log. You can create unlimited FAQs to address different concerns your customers are having and show them on a Dedicated FAQs page. Organize FAQs under relevant topics to help customers quickly find the question they are looking for. Moreover, it allows customers to ask new questions, answer product questions, rate, like or dislike an answer.

This Magento 2 Product Questions extension creates an additional tab for frequently asked questions (FAQs) on your product pages. Customers can look up answers for their questions without having to load the product page.

Configure Email Notifications For Admin & Users

By enabling notifications, you remain informed when a question is asked or answered. Your customers also remain updated when their question gets answered by you or another customer. 

 

Users Can Access FAQs In ‘My Account’

From ‘My Account’ section, your customers can view all the questions or answers they have posted. 

 

Import Or Export FAQs 

To make things easy, you can import all your FAQs in CSV file from back end or download all FAQs you have currently on your website in a single click.

 

SEO Settings 

SEO settings allow you to bring maximum exposure to your FAQs so they appear on top searches on Google SERPs. You can provide a user-friendly title, identifier, meta description, and keywords to rank your Magento 2 product questions higher in searches.
