To help you ensure that all imported data is compatible with the website, you can select the file format as XML or CSV according to your needs.

Select Import Mode

Import Orders Extension for Magento 2 allows you to merge existing data, or replace it with new data when importing orders.

  • Merge Existing Data

If you choose to merge existing data, all your imported order data will be merged with existing store order data.

  • Replace Existing Data

Replace existing data is another option that allows you to replace orders with the same Serial or Entity ID with imported order data. You can also choose to delete invoiced orders on the store or merge it with the existing data.

View Import History

View import history to track all import orders, edit them, or delete their profile. This allows you to make changes quickly and fix problems in real-time.

Check Progress Message

A progress message will be shown when you start import operation. This helps you identify the success of the operation or find errors hindering the operation.

Appoint Order Delimiter

An order Delimiter helps to separate order data with multiple items in the column which makes the database readable. You can set order delimiter as @, / etc.

Add File Type

With this feature, you can add a sample file (files exported through Magento 2 order export import extension) or custom file for import operation. Since custom files may have a different mapping of columns, this extension allows you to set the mapping for matching the field entity ID of the order database.

Export By Date & Customer Group

You can export order data by number, date, or customer groups. This allows you to get specific customer details, examine the sales performance, and use the data for marketing purposes.

  • Orders can be exported based on serial numbers. For example, you can export orders starting from 120451 to 120650.
  • With date filter, you can easily export orders from specific time starting from a day, week, month, and year.
  • You can also import order data based on specific customer groups

Export By Shipping, Billing & Payment

Import Export extension helps you extract order data based on certain preferences such as shipping, billing, and payment methods. Here are the type of preferences you can use

  • Payment Method
  • Shipment Number
  • Shipping Method
  • Shipment Date
  • Order Status
  • Shipping Country
  • Billing Country

Save Order Export Data

With Order Export Import Magento 2 extension you can change order export settings as manual or automatic to easily manage your export jobs. It also allows you to save the extracted data by sending it to your business email or storing it on the website server.

Change Order Status

View Order Export History

Access all orders export history easily from the ‘Run History’ tab. You can view details such as the date and the number of times export operation has been conducted. The history can be downloaded as well.

Skip Order For Child & Parent Items

You can also skip child and/or parent items when using Magento 2 order import export extension. This feature allows you to skip child or parent items during an export operation, in which case the extension exports configurable and bundles products while ignoring dependent items.

Export Order Data With Fields

It allows you to extract order data without changing the field data when exporting files from your Magento 2 store. Specific fields can be selected to extract data while using field mapping for copy custom fields.
