It not only ensures the safe delivery of the order but also conveys to your customers a message that you care for them, thereby increasing their loyalty to the brand.
Magento 2 contactless delivery extension allows you to offer no-contact delivery to your customers to avoid physical contact in the face of COVID-19. When opted for contactless delivery, the delivery agent will leave the order at the customer’s doorstep and inform him via a text message. Hence, no physical contact is involved.

How Does The Extension Work?
Once the extension is installed, go to the configurations which allow you to enable/disable the module, select the payment & shipping methods that you want to use with contactless delivery. Needless to say, there should be no ‘cash on delivery. Provide titles and descriptions that you want to appear with contactless delivery on product & checkout pages.
On the front end, product pages will inform customers that you have the no-contact delivery option available. At checkout, customers can check the contactless delivery checkbox if they would like to have zero physical contact while collecting the order. The admin will be able to see the contactless delivery opt-in in the order view section of their account so that they can get the order delivered accordingly.
