Smart Compare

Smart Compare extension for Magento 2 allows customers to add products to the comparison list without page reload and see them in the comparison tray right there on the same page. You can limit the number of products to be added to the comparison list and display a custom message in a popup if a customer tries to exceed the number. Customize the ‘Compare’ and ‘Clear’ buttons text and the popup background and text colors.

The Magento 2 Smart Compare extension helps your customers to compare similar products in your store with ease and purchase the most suitable one for their needs. This improves their shopping experience and increases the store’s conversion rate. The extension is a must-have for you if you have similar products in your store that can confuse customers to do the right purchase.

Key Features

  • Ajax Based Add to Compare
  • Enable on Product & Category Pages
  • Limit The Products Allowed in the Compare List
  • Customize Texts for ‘Compare’ & ‘Clear Buttons
  • Customize Popup Background & Text Colors

Add to Compare On The Fly

By default, when someone clicks the ‘Add to Compare’ icon/text, the page reloads adding the product to the comparison list. Customers have to visit the compare product page to compare the added products by their features and prices. The problem with this mechanism is that customers sometimes forget what products they have added to the list.

The Smart Compare extension overhauls the default Magento product comparison feature and adds products to the comparison list on the fly. The added products appear at the bottom of the same page keeping customers informed about the products they have added to the compare list. This is a great user experience booster and a useful feature for any online store.

Set A Maximum Limit For Compare Products

You can limit the number of products allowed in the compare list. The maximum limit is 5. Customers can add products to the list from category pages. You can also enable it on product pages.

Compare Block Configurations

The extension allows you to make the compare block look good by aligning its background color with your store theme. You can also give custom titles to the ‘Compare’ and ‘Clear’ buttons. The ‘Compare’ button will take customers to the compare products page while the ‘Clear’ button will empty the comparison list.

Popup Message Configurations

Display a popup message notifying customers of the number of products they can add to the comparison list. You can beautify the popup by changing its background and text colors.
