Moreover, “My Orders Details” page does not provide your customers any visual elements for a quick search through the orders. "Product Image In Order Details" extension for Magento 2 helps you to increase customers UX significantly by providing an ability to see ordered product's images on the My Orders Detail page in My Account section. All product types are supported and ready to go.
Furthermore, using the "Product Image In Order Details" extension you will improve the whole set of sale emails to your customers. Templates are updated and now present product images (thumbnails) helping to make your e-store more user-friendly and supportive.
Back-Office Features
- Product image (thumbnail) will be displayed in the following emails generated by Magento:
- Invoice Email Template
- Invoice Email Template for Guest
- Credit Memo Email Template
- Credit Memo Email Template for Guest
- Shipment Email Template
- Shipment Email Template for Guest
- New Order Confirmation Template
- New Order Confirmation Template for Guest
- Order Comment Email Template
- Order Comment Email Template for Guest
- If a product has no image, then default thumbnail will be displayed.
- For the Bundle Product type a thumbnail of the Bundle product will be displayed.
- For the Configurable Product type:
- If configurable’s option doesn't has an image, then the thumbnail image of parent will be displayed.
- If configurable’s option has an image, then the thumbnail image of the option will be displayed.
Storefront Features
- Product Image (thumbnail) will be displayed on My Account’s Order Detail page in the following tabs:
- Items Ordered;
- Invoices;
- Order Shipments;
- Refunds.
