Overview

Need the ability to limit, or set the minimum or maximum number of characters for specific attributes? If so, this is the module for you! After you set a limit for an attribute, as you type in the input field of the attribute, the extension will let you know the number of characters typed into the attribute (as you type or remove characters) and display the Min or Max limitation as you type within the attribute.

  • Perfect for Magento store owners who link attributes to marketplace attributes (Amazon, Ebay, Jet, etc.) which require min or max attribute character lengths.
  • If trying to save the page and the characters are above or below the allowable limits, it'll fail to save and display a failure notice.

This module will add the following fields to your attribute settings:

  • Validate Length YES or NO?
  • If yes, it'll show 2 additional fields for min and max length and under your attribute it'll display a counter showing remaining characters as you type and force fail if character limit is under or over set length"
