    Please Note: This extension was not created by GlobalTranz Carriers. Ecomplugins built this extension to facilitate a quick GlobalTranz API integration with GlobalTranz Carriers.    

    GlobalTranz Freight Carrier is a privately held logistics company, based out of Phoenix, Arizona, United States. It specializes in freight management services including LTL, full truckload, supply chain management, and domestic air and expedited shipping.

    This GlobalTranz Freight Carrier extension by Ecomplugins for Magento will calculate GlobalTranz Freight Carrier Shipping Rates. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout and the shopping cart page. Rates will be based on the merchant warehouse address, a customer destination address, and shopping cart weight. You should check all screenshots to understand the flow of extension. 

    The website admin will have an option to select multiple shipping carrier options to enable and disable. For example Yrc carrier, R+L carrier, Echo Trak Carrier, etc.  The admin can enable and disable liftgate service, inside delivery options. Admin can also enable quotes based on customer shipping address type if Residential or Commercial. Admin can also add shipping markup price with shipping quotes.  

    Admin have setting to get either cheapest rate or quickest delivery carrier. There is setting to set both, so automatically quickest delivery and cheapest method will show to customer.  Admin have option tot show multiple carrier, So customer can select according to own choice. Admin have option to show estimated delivery date with each rates.

    This plugin will use Globaltranz Rest API version V1.

    Account & Pricing 

    To use this module, the seller has to signup https://www.globaltranz.com/ and get a username and password to fetch rates from API.  No additional fees are required except for the cost of shipping.

    Features:

    • Calculate rates by total product weight and shipping destination address.
    • You can set the minimum weight to show rates.
    • You can set product level shipping class which will override global extension settings.
    • The extension will return to multiple carriers. Customers can select the cheapest method.
    • You can enable/disable liftgate, residential delivery, and notify delivery services, etc.
    • You can set to show quickest delivery or cheapest option to customer.
    • You can set an extra markup amount in calculated shipping rates.
    • Shipment Tracking.
    • Quote caching to avoid same request to GlobalTranz API.
