DPD Lietuva, DPD Latvija, and DPD Eesti are a part of the DPD Group, which is the second-largest parcel delivery network in European countries. It is also one of the major parcel shipment service providers in the Baltics.
DPD service and the product portfolio covers every aspect of parcel shipping. Our service range covers domestic and international standard shipping for business and private customers and expresses shipping options. We service more than 300 000 business customers with over 800 depots in 40 countries, more than 24 000 employees and 18 000 vehicles. Reliable and fast delivery times, a network of more than 42 000 Pickup points, simple processing, and strong local expertise are only some of the benefits which DPD customers enjoy.
This is the OFFICIAL DPD Baltic Shipping extension for Magento. DPD Baltics offers this free DPD Baltic extension for Magento, that will allow you to integrate DPD API directly to your e-shop and offer a wide range of DPD shipping & delivery solutions directly at your store`s check-out.
Installing this extension will add a new carrier with various shipping methods to choose from DPD home delivery, DPD home delivery on Saturday, DPD Pickup points (parcel lockers and shops), DPD home delivery on the same day. All shipping methods are configurable and allow setting shipping prices based on specific conditions that you want to apply.
Account & Pricing
In order to use this extension, you must have an active contract with one of the business units depending on your country of origin: DPD Lietuva, DPD Latvija or DPD Eesti. Additionally, you need credentials for the DPD Baltics API (User ID and Password). Note that the API credentials are NOT automatically created by installing the extension.

This extension is solely a technical solution to enable the use of DPD services. Conditions and the range of available logistics services are agreed upon individually and are subject to fees based on the agreed rates. The price lists are listed here:

- DPD Predict: Flexible home delivery with a precise time window that is announced to your customers;
- Real-time DPD shipping rates for each available service (as per merchant`s back-end settings).
Back-End Features
- Multiple shipping label creation for domestic and international orders (A4 and A6 formats available);
- MPS (Multi parcel Shipping) option for sending multiple parcels within one shipment;
- A range of different options for configuring delivery rates, that your customers will see during checkout (including free shipping, COD fee);
- COD service: possibility to collect money from your customers at the moment of delivery (via cash or card);
- Weight-based pricing, that considers the weight and dimensions of products;
- Possibility to Order a courier or create a Pickup schedule (if you wish to have regular Pickups);
- Document return service for getting back signed a document from your customers (f.e. contracts, leasing agreements, invoices);
- Possibility to submit domestic or international Collection request for ordering delivery from another party to you (for managing customer returns or ordering goods from suppliers);
- Possibility to include Return label with your address, so your customers are able to return purchased goods without any extra steps;
- Possibility to configure Same day and Saturday delivery methods (restricted to certain cities);
- Generate tracking links that can be communicated to your customers.
