The situation can be easily simplified by filtering the categories on the basis of alphabets. The ‘Category Filter' extension does just that and more.
With the aim of simplifying website visitors' traversal on your website, the extension was created to eliminate unnecessary filters and present with the one that is most effective- Alphabetically arranged categories. When added, the extension will create a section in the left or the right sidebar of the website, as chosen by the admin. Onto this section, there will be all the alphabets of the English language. Clicking on any one of them will redirect the user to a filtered page, where categories whose names start from the letter you have chosen will be shown with their respective images.
The section will be visible on all the product and category pages. Admin can also place the extension on the search results page to simplify their buyers’ journey on the website.
