Back to topThe Forum module is a solution for creating fully functional forum within yours Magento store. This then allows you to create, manage, edit and delete Forums, Topics, Posts. Each registered users of yours store can create own Topics and Posts. The module will help you improve your customer service, and help to find the most common problems and ways to solve them.
There is one more benefit from using this module. Content creation not only for users, but also for Search Engines such as Google or Yahoo. Thematic content for your store will be created by both you and your customers.
