This extension is used to display the call to order phone number and the call back button in all of the product listing and detail pages.

Most B2B businesses do not enclose prices to the public because it can vary from user to user and number of quantities. Pricing used to be shared over the phone whenever a customer called in. Some stores asks for a phone number from the customer to call back.
In an online store, if a store admin/merchant wants a call back for some products in the catalog, then he/she would show the contact number in the product detail page. There are times when a customer wants the store admin to return the call. Call To Order is a great extension to easily accomplish this task. Once the extension is installed, customers can get the option to enable the call to order button for each product. Admin can manage the phone number in the configuration section.
If the admin wants to show the call to order based on a specific quantity, then they can achieve this via tier pricing in Magento. If you want to display the call to order when purchasing quantities of 10 and above, then you would need to use the Tier Pricing Options, input the quantity of 10, and select ‘call for price’ checkbox for the specific tier level.
You can change the callback attribute in the backend to show the callback button in the frontend. This allows customers to register their information and receive a call back from the site admin.
Admin will get a notification whenever a user registers for a call back.
You can track the backend callback information based on whether or not you had communicated to a particular customer or not.
You can switch the call to order when the product price is 0, using a configuration setting.
You can change the setting to display the preferred Time To Call option for customers.

To configure the extension, navigate to Products > Call Back Manager > Settings from the left menu.
How to Enable a Call to Order for a Product?
Open the product's edit page in admin and set the 'Enable call to order' attribute to 'yes'. After doing this, the contact number in configuration and a Call Back button will be displayed in the product pages and listing pages in frontend.
How Can a User Register for a Call Back?
If the extension is enabled and admin have configured the product to be available on call to order, then a call back button would be displayed. The user can click on the button and enter his/her details in the popup. Once the user is registered, the callback information will be saved and displayed in the callback list in the backend.

To manage all callback information, navigate to PRODUCTS => Call Back Manager => Manage Call backs
How Can Admin Check the Call Back Info and Track it?
Admin will get notifications whenever a user registers for a call back. Admin can view the call back info by navigating to PRODUCTS => Call Back Manager => Manage Call backs. Admin can also change the status of the call back information.
Once the customer information is checked off, admin can either change the status as communicated or delete the message.
