    wallee is a PCI certified e-commerce hub. This means you can connect your Magento plugin to the wallee gateway and you can start processing payments. The connectivity allows you to process payments via credit cards as well as any other form of alternative payments. You can also process invoices, wallee creates the invoices and you are able to also create your dunning flow and processes. The payment page seamlessly integrates into your checkout without any redirection to the processor.The integration setup ist very easy. All settings and payment methods are automatically synchronized with your Magento store.Beside the processing of payments wallee allows you also to further streamline and automate your processes by providing additional features like communications tools with the option to create your own invoices, packing slips and e-mails. Furthermore you have the option to connect your Magento store to various cloud printing providers. 

     

    Account & Pricing

    A wallee account is required to use this extension. Although the extension is free, the service is not. Additional fees apply. The processing fees of your payment service provider also apply. wallee offers different product packages that start as low as 0 USD per months. An overview is provided on our Pricing Page. 

     

    Additional Features:

    • Payment Processing and Payment Routing through a standardized interface. You can route transaction based on criteria to achieve a selective 3-D Secure Integration with your payment service provider where only high risk transactions are challenged and processed via the 3-D Secure terminal of the processor. In case you want to scale your business into other regions you can simply activate an additional payment service provider by adding and additional connector. The information will automatically be synchronized with your Magento Shop. Due to the standardized process there is no additional work that needs to be done on your side.
    • wallee allows you to integrate the credit card payment form directly in your checkout withouth redirection to your processor. The IFrame will automatically be embedded in your checkout and seamlessly integrated into your checkout flow without redirection to the payment page of the processor.     • Document Management allows you to style and send Invoice Documents, Packing Slips etc directly inside the application and send the documents directly and automatically to your customer.
    • Cloud Printing allows you to print or archive your documents directly whenever a sale is done in your shop.
    • Reconciliation allows you to synchronize your accounting data automatically between your Magento Shop and your Cloud Accounting System like Bexio, RunMyAccounts and other providers.

    Requirements

    In order to use the extension you will need the following:

    • You will need to have a wallee account that can be created on our signup page.
    • The magento plugin that can be downloaded from the marketplace
    • A contract with your payment service provider of your choice that is integrated in our platform. An extensive list is visible on our processor page.
