    Credova Financial  is in the unique position to offer financing options across the spectrum of consumer demographics and credit profiles for a wide range of products. As consumer trends change, Credova adapts to those changes. With a complete financing solution, offering brick and mortar applications as well as a robust e-commerce integrated platform allowing financing at or before online checkout. Credova captures more of the market lost to credit card companies and prime lenders with established programs enabling financing across industries and product categories.

    The Credova Financing/Payment extension offered through the Magento 2 marketplace can provide multiple financing options to consumers on your website. Credova allows consumers to trigger a pop-up prequalification application and prequalification approval prior to completing a full application. This allows the customer to shop knowing that they can spread out their cart total over time with affordable monthly payments.  

    With Credova, a consumer can apply/checkout/sign their contract all within a few minutes and receive their corresponding order confirmation.  If the Credova extension is activated within the merchant site, all products that qualify for financing will display an 'As low As' monthly payment option that can trigger a consumer application/approval. At checkout, customers would then have the option under 'Payment Methods' to select Credova as their preferred payment and complete their order.  Furthermore, Credova can provide custom marketing and branding materials for use throughout the merchant site.

     

    Account & Pricing

    In order to utilize the Credova extension offered through Magento, a separate End User License Agreement/Retailer Agreement would need to be executed with Credova directly. In order to begin this process, please feel free to contact Credova via phone at 833-237-3682 or email at sales@credova.com.

    Additionally, an online application can be submitted by visiting https://credova.com/retailer#contact-us. Once these agreements are finalized, a Credova representative will create your account and provide you with your User Code/API Key to access the extension. Any fees/discount that may be associated with your Credova account will be outlined during the on-boarding process.

    Security

    To protect your customer's personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law.  These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards which include computer virus protection software, firewalls, 128bit Secure Socket Layer. Only authorized employees have access.

    Additionally, all data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 with an industry-standard AES-256 cipher. Credit Score and personal banking data are also encrypted at rest using an AES-256 cipher. Through the Credova extension and API integration, we do not retain or collect any customer's credit or debit card information. Any payment required by the merchant will be collected directly by the merchant through their site. Credova order detail is stored via the merchant’s Magento dashboard. Merchants are responsible for confirming they are adhering to all PCI regulations since customer data is handled by the Magento server.
