At Nexmo, we believe businesses must engage customers on the communication channel of their choice. The Nexmo Messenger connector allows Magento merchants to communicate with customers via SMS, Whatsapp, and Facebook Messenger, thus improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

With the Nexmo Messenger connector, merchants can send customer notifications for password management and updates/status on new orders, shipments, invoices, billing/payments, returns, and abandoned carts via SMS, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. All Magento notifications are supported by the connector. The connector also allows customers and merchants to discuss the status and issues related to an order using the same communication channels. All interactions are recorded in the Magento admin panel and can be archived, or later reopened when needed.

 

Account & Pricing

Nexmo Messenger is free to download but merchants must subscribe to Nexmo’s API service at www.nexmo.com  to be able to use the connector. This account is not created during extension installation, you will be required to go to www.nexmo.com.
