Cloudflare's performance and security solution for Magento 2 offers one-click setup for a faster and more secure online store.

Cloudflare speeds up and protects over 8,000,000 websites, APIs, and SaaS services. Our Anycast technology enables our performance, security, reliability, and analytics offerings to scale with every server we add to our growing collection of data centers. Cloudflare dramatically improves website performance through our global CDN and web optimization features. Cloudflare’s WAF, DDoS, and SSL protect website owners and their visitors from all types of online threats. CloudFlare’s network helps identify visitor and bot behavior that is not available to conventional analytics technologies.

Cloudflare's free extension for Magento 2 offers all of the performance and security benefits of Cloudflare for your online store, with a one-click application of settings specifically developed for Magento 2, Magento-specific web application firewall rules, and integration with Magento's cache management.

A slow loading page is the number one reason customers bounce from eCommerce sites before converting. Cloudflare's extension caches static assets at the edge of its global network of 100+ data centers, close to visitors, while Railgun™ technology accelerates delivery of dynamic content. Cloudflare's security solutions include DDoS protection to keep your sites from going down in an attack, allowing customers to always reach your site. In addition, Cloudflare's TLS/SSL encryption ensures that sensitive data is kept secure while our web application firewall helps meet PCI compliance.

Account & Pricing

A free Cloudflare account is required to use the extension, additional features are available with higher tier plans, starting at $20 / month. Details can be found on Cloudflare's plans page).

Extension Features

Cloudflare extension for Magento 2 offers all of the performance and security benefits of Cloudflare for your online store, with a one-click installation of settings specifically developed for the Magento 2 eCommerce platform.

One-Click Application of Cloudflare Settings

One-click setup of recommended settings is the easiest way for customers to optimize and secure their Magento 2 online store.

Web application firewall (WAF) rulesets

Cloudflare’s web application firewall (WAF), available in our paid plans, has built-in rulesets including rules that mitigate attacks specifically targeted towards Magento stores.

Integration with Magento Cache Management

By integrating with Magento’s cache management, Cloudflare's extension for Magento 2 automatically clears the Cloudflare cache whenever Magento 2 clears the application cache (for example when a product category is updated), ensuring your visitors receive the most up-to-date content.

Restoring the Original Visitor IP

Logging your visitors' IP addresses is an important part of being able to track and analyze shopping behavior.  Cloudflare's extension for Magento 2 returns a header with the visitor's real IP address, instead of Cloudflare's IP address.
