    Security

    Hello Clever is built upon the Australian New Payments Platform. Using Australian built PayID technology, customers can rest assured that their transaction is secure from their bank & that they can validate the business they are paying before it’s sent. As we do not process cards and our customers pay from the own bank, our SAQ level is A.

    The Hello Clever integration redirects your customer to the secure payment gateway developed by Hello Clever, where the payment takes place, and payment details are submitted using a secure TLS connection for processing. After the payment processing has finished, a callback to your Magento environment is processed, activating a transaction status request to receive the payment status of the order. During this flow, the complete payment and notification process are encrypted, and you are sure malicious users cannot intercept any payment data.

    Hello Clever manages the entire end-to-end payment flows without relying on third-parties. During the whole flow, no payment details are entered or stored within your Magento environment.
