Overview

The best customer experiences are built with Zendesk. Our customer service and engagement products are powerful and flexible, and scale to meet the needs of any business. Zendesk serves businesses across hundreds of industries, with more than 125,000 paid customer accounts offering service and support in over 30 languages.

The Zendesk Support for Magento app works to unite your business with a dynamic integration between Zendesk Support ticket data and Magento e-commerce data. Display customer information from Magento like recent order information, shipping address, billing address, and more alongside Zendesk Support tickets in the sidebar.  Give your agents all the information they need about a customer and their orders so they can provide the best support experience possible.  Pick and choose what information you want your agents to have access to from Magento so they only see what they need to get their job done.

Automatically add the Zendesk Web Widget to your Magento storefront and give your shoppers an easy way to notify your support team of issues with the site or let your customers connect to chat with your agents with questions about their orders or products on your store.

Account & Pricing

Once the extension is installed, you must choose to connect to an existing Zendesk account or sign up for a new free trial directly from the extension. Don't have a Zendesk account?  Sign up for an account.

A paid Zendesk 'Team' plan is required at a minimum in order to use this integration. See a list of Zendesk Plans and Pricing.
