Sirio is an advanced monitoring software capable of Track the technological anomalies of your eCommerce; Offer the best digital experiences; Prevent and reduce loss of revenue.

Sirio tracks your user’s interactions within your eCommerce in real time by collecting all the data necessary to carry out subsequent analyses. Sirio examines customer journey, user behaviour, purchasing trends, abandoned carts, technical anomalies and missing turnover. Sirio provides graphs and tips to create your winning strategy, increase your conversion rate and revenue by recovering lost potential customers.


Account & Pricing

To use this extension, you need to sign up for a Sirio service account here.  In the alternative, you can find the registration page on module settings after the module has been installed. The user credentials of the Sirio platform will be sent after user registration. Transaction fees will be charged for every transaction. Transaction fees vary from merchant to merchant, based pricing plan solution chosen. For more information and to register, please contact sirio@chiron.ai directly.

What happens after the 1st free month? A Chiron expert will carry out an in-depth analysis of your E-Commerce and will provide you with a tailor-made solution that will provide you with specific alerts.  The price of Sirio will vary according to the number of daily sessions of your E-Commerce.  You can freely choose whether or not to purchase a paid plan.



  • Turnover analysis: Sirio calculates the turnover on the basis of the purchased carts and the lost revenue on the basis of the impact that the problems of your e-commerce have on the User Experience.
  • Alert increase anomalies: Sirio sends notifications when there is a rapid increase in anomalies that requires prompt action.
  • Technological anomalies: Sirio monitors from the very first moment all Javascript technological errors, sluggish pages and pages that report 404 errors, server-side down-sites, searches that do not give results and lead to bounces.
  • Alert downsite: Sirio constantly monitors e-Commerce with calls to the Server and understands if it responds positively. If, on the other hand, the ping is negative, it sends an immediate alert to your email.
  • Behavior analysis: Sirio identifies a specific customer behaviour, tracing the user’s online path; It also identifies at what level of the funnel users are lost and why; It counts the daily bounce sessions by comparing them with the total ones.
  • Filters and segments: Sirio provides different and advanced filters to allow a personalised reading of the information and save it in segments that can be reused and shared with other users.



  1. Do the prices refer to a single site? Yes, the prices refer to the single e-Commerce to be monitored.
  2. How soon can I withdraw from the free trial period and how?You can withdraw from the contract within 7 days prior to the end of the trial period by communicating via certified e-mail.
  3. Does Sirio affect the other tools I use? No, Sirio does not affect any other tools or any additional analytics software you may use.
  4. Are there any contractual obligations? The duration of the contract is normally 1 year starting from the delivery of the access credentials or from the end of the trial period, when applicable.The contract is generally subject to automatic renewal upon expiry, without prejudice to the possibility of avoiding renewal with cancellation to be sent within 3 months before expiration. Chiron reserves the right to update the contract in accordance with the contractual documentation. Further details will in any case be contained in the contractual documentation.
  5. What happens after the first month of trial? If no notice of termination of the contract occurs, the free trial period is considered to have been successfully passed and the annual subscription will begin to run.
  6. Can Sirio cause performance drops in my e-commerce? No, as Sirio uses asynchronous calls that do not affect the loading of the website pages in any way.
