By connecting Gorgias to Magento and all your third-party extensions like Shipstation, you give your support agents the ability to reply with context to customer tickets by accessing customer and order information right next to their chat window. Account & Pricing
Gorgias extension requires a Gorgias account separate from your Magento account, this account will be created during your extension installation.
Pricing starts at $250 / month for 2,000 tickets and $23 per additional 100 tickets. No additional fees apply. Full pricing can be found on our Magento pricing page.
