Capturly is a full-scale online analytics tool for your online business, it focuses on the main driving forces: conversion and retention. We provide all the required data for you simply and intelligibly to make the best business decisions possible.

With Capturly, you will not just receive basic metrics about your visitors, but it will also enable you to follow their clicks, scrolls and see how they move through your conversion funnel. In order to do so, you only need to add a Capturly tracking code to your webshop.

By installing this extension, you will have a submenu on your Magento admin panel where you can easily add the Capturly tracking code to your webshop. You can get your Capturly tracking code by subscribing to any of our plan on our website.

After the tracking code is added to your webshop, Capturly will track every visitor on your webshop, from the very first step they enter until they leave your site. All of these tracked data are presented on our dashboard, here you will find information like the number of sessions, the average time spent on your webshop, the source of your visitors, the referrer of your visitors or the visited pages on  your webshop. In addition, Capturly can also track custom actions on your webshop like the number of clicks on a given button or how many times were the gallery view of your products' pictures opened. Based on these events you can also build your own conversion funnel to track in Capturly.

Beside the numbers, Capturly can also show you how your visitors behave during the usage of your webshop, how they complete an order or why they leave the cart before an order is completed. For this purpose, you can replay any visits on your website like a video recording thanks to session recordings feature. It can help you a lot to identify if a visitor can not progress in the checkout process or to get an overall view about the usage of your website. By using the heatmaps feature, you can get an aggregated view about these behavioural data in a given time period. Heatmaps are the perfect tool to check which areas of your webshop are the most frequented by your visitors or if you have any dead areas on your site.
