Magento 2 Sales Rep extension helps admin develop the ideal sales team and assign customers to them.
Add an additional “salespersons” resource
With the "Sales dealers" resource we developed for you, the store admin can create an endless number of roles.
Furthermore, to better manage clients, we give two degrees of Magento 2 representative roles:
- Sales rep: Users with this position have access to a tab in the admin panel where they may manage their clients, orders, and quotes.
- Admin sales rep: Users with the admin sales rep position can handle customers, orders, and quotes assigned to all other sales reps.
Create Magento sales rep and admin sales rep accounts
The next step is creating users and assigning them the Sales Rep and Admin Sales Rep roles.
Users can then use their username and password to log in.
Furthermore, you can customize some information about the representative to show in the customers' My Account.
Inform customers of the assigned merchants
The customer will receive the email notification in 2 cases:
- When the customer is allocated to the salesperson.
- There is a change in the merchants’ management.
The representative's information is also displayed in My Account, allowing the two to communicate effortlessly.
Manage customers and customer service process effectiveness easily
The representative can access and take control of the customers and orders of them in the admin panel. The user interface is similar to the shop admin's view.
Customer information and orders under the management of all reps will be captured by the admin representative.
