Every customer always feels like reading Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) when considering purchasing any product. The FAQ section gives them more information about products on many aspects other customers often have been confused. Additionally, FAQs also increase customer interaction on product pages when they ask store owners about products, requesting for more features or value, and so on.
In Magento 2, store owners need to install an extension called FAQs to have this function on the websites. FAQs for Magento 2 allows customers to submit questions to stores and especially creates a FAQs page which displays all customers’ questions about many different products. This page includes multiple FAQ categories presented with specific images and a block of questions. This module also supports the FAQ searching and voting functions on the page, which helps customers easily look for questions and evaluate answers from stores.
Submit Questions & Show FAQs On Product Page
This module allows showing the FAQs on a product page so that customers can easily find answers to the questions related to that product.
Place All Questions On One Main FAQs Page
The admin can create a FAQs page. On this page, there is more additional information related to the question, such as helpful votes, related issues, the most FAQs, and tags. Besides, the admin can also set the default number of FAQs to be shown on the categories box and category page.
Allow Creating & Display FAQs Categories
In the frontend, when customers click FAQs shortcut in the header bar, they will be navigated to the main FAQs page with multiple categories for FAQs. Each class presents a category image and a block of issues. Customers just need to click each question in that box to see its answer.
Show The Recent & Most Related FAQs
On the main FAQs page, online customers can know and find the current and most associated FAQs on the left side of Magento 2 stores.
Let Customers Search Q&A By Tags & Keywords
When customers search query, the search result will make use of tags and keywords to display related questions on the FAQs Search Result page.
Support Customers To Vote Answers
The admin can choose either the real data of voting or setting a number of these useful/useless votes at will.
