Our Auto Invoice and Shipment extension will help in reducing an Admin's time from generating an invoice and shipment manually and also can generate shipment receipts. Plus, it will also send an email notification to the customers. Admins can manage orders and contact their customers effectively and efficiently. The admin can restrict on based on his/her interest in creating an auto invoice or auto shipment and also in sending invoice mail or shipment mail.
This extension will help the customer's(Admin) by reducing their time in generating invoice and shipment. It also reduces his/her manual work by automatically generates invoice and shipment mail. Once the users place an order and if the admin has enabled this extension and made suitable configurations in the back end, then configured status will be created automatically. This will reduce the time of an admin and also will give the customers more trust towards the site which will result in the repetitive purchase.
Let us take an example of 2 scenarios. One using this extension and other without this.
1. Without this extension:
An admin has to go into Sales -> Orders -> Respective order. In that admin should go to that respective order's details page and on the top right corner of that page, different options will be available. Admin has to click on the invoice button to create an invoice and once admin reviews it he will submit the invoice using the button submit at the bottom. Now the invoice is created and it will re-directed to the respective order page.
Similarly, admin has to click on the shipment button to create a shipment and once admin reviews it he will submit the shipment using the button submit at the bottom. Now the shipment is created and it will re-directed to the respective order page. This is for one single invoice and shipment and it is the same for multiple invoices and shipment. This will consume huge time for the admin to complete the entire process.
2. With our extension:
Once the users place an order and based on the configurations made in the back end(Ex. Only invoice or only shipment or both), the status will be created automatically. This will reduce the time of an admin which in turn admin can manage orders and contact their customers effectively and efficiently.
