The primary focus of the module is to monitor the activities in the Magento ® Admin panel. You can track all the backend changes that happen and keep information logs as long as you need. For example, you can track the activities of your admins like the products they see, pages they edit and all the actions they perform and the changes they make.

It will help the admin in monitoring the activities and also will help in reducing the manual work of the admin (Log Cleaning).This will also help the admin in identifying the changes in order to revert for any critical situations. For Ex. Admin can easily identify where the changes happen and revert at crucial times.

How it works:

Admin(User) should enable this module in the admin panel. Once it is enabled, our module will track all the changes in the system. Users(Admin) can deny logs for any particular action.

For example.(If the action name is “index” and the admin doesn’t need this action to be logged, he can remove this log by adding this action in a System configuration “Denied Action to Log”. For more than one action, please use Comma separated and without any space. Once this action is added, no particular action can be logged anymore. He can remove that particular action from the configuration at any time. Logged will be cleared based on the days set by the admin.

Features:

Log actions:

This module will keep track of each and every action that the admin users perform. This will make easy to monitor the admin activities and find the modified contents (like products SKU, customer name, cms page title, cms block title etc...).

Clean Log:

You can clean the log manually or automatically based on your admin log configurations and for automatic clean logs, a user needs to update on days to do action.

Note: It is recommended to clean the log at a regular interval of time to save the disk space as well as to increase the performance.

Restrict the actions to log:

Admin can also be able to restrict certain specific actions if they feel it is not necessary to log.

Export the log Info:

Easy to export the admin log details from the grid in either CSV or XML Format and it is a Mass Action Feature which exports the log details in the following formats. (CSV, excel, and XML).

Enable/Disable Feature:

You can easily enable/disable the admin log feature after installation.

Geolocation feature:

 This admin logger shows the user location as well as the IP address of the user.
