Overview

Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) leverages the world’s largest fulfillment network with more than 200 fulfillment centers globally to fulfill ecommerce orders wherever they’re placed. Amazon MCF provides pick-pack and ship services with Prime-like delivery speeds, predictable pricing and promise delivery dates. If you are already selling on Amazon and have inventory with FBA, you can use your FBA inventory to fulfill your Adobe Commerce orders. Otherwise, you can send inventory to Amazon and start using MCF. The Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment connector is a free extension that will allow you to automate the fulfillment of your Adobe Commerce orders and delight your customers with a reliable and fast shipping.

Account and Pricing

To use this extension, you must also have a Seller Account with Amazon.

  1. If your business is new to Amazon, start by creating your account:
    1. Create an Amazon selling account and set up FBA – this is the best choice if you plan to sell on Amazon and also use MCF
    2. Create an Amazon Supply Chain account – this is the best choice if you don’t plan to sell on Amazon and only want to use MCF for off-Amazon orders
    3. Want more information? Contact Us
  2. Add your products to your Amazon account and specify FBA inventory
  3. Prepare your products for safe and secure transportation to a fulfillment center, according to Amazon packing guidelines and shipping and routing requirements.
  4. Send your products to Amazon
    1. Create your shipping plan, print Amazon shipment ID labels, and send your shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. Learn more about sending inventory to Amazon.
