Overview

By default, Magento uses PHP 'Sendmail', which sends all emails via the current server (where your Magento shop is installed). Therefore, your emails have big chances to be added to spam folders. The extension lets you use any third-party SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server for your store and configure all the necessary settings to avoid this problem. You can use any reliable SMTP server to give your emails higher chances to be delivered directly to your customers.

Send emails from a popular reliable hostings like Gmail or Yahoo or a custom SMTP server. Set such settings as server address, port, authentication method, connection security, etc. properly which greatly increase the chance for your order confirmations, marketing emails, and other correspondence to get actually delivered to customers. For example, you can select a popular server like Gmail as an SMTP provider, fill in all the required settings, run a test mode to make sure emails get delivered, and run a debug mode to find out the reason if something goes wrong.

Key Features:

  • Prevent your emails from being labeled as spam
  • Use reliable email providers to decrease email rejection
  • Comply with Google and Microsoft standarts with the OAuth 2.0 method for Google and Microsoft Accounts
  • View the content of sent emails
  • Test your emails using debug mode
  • Log all sent emails
  • NEW: the Blacklist functionality is available

How It Works:

  • Step 1: You send an email with your webmail or mail client from your address to a particular recipient.
  • Step 2: The message is sent to an SMTP server.
  • Step 3: If the domain where your recipient has an account is directly connected to the server, the email is immediately delivered. If it doesn't have a direct connection, the SMTP sends it to another incoming server closer to the recipient until the message is delivered to the addressee.

Preset Providers:

  • AOL Mail
  • Comcast
  • GMX
  • Gmail
  • Hotmail
  • Mail.com
  • O2 Mail
  • Office365
  • Orange
  • Outlook
  • Yahoo
  • Zoho

Flexible Email Sending Settings

Easily configure port and host; define authentication and connection parameters. Configure mailing parameters in a blink of an eye, using hints and the intuitive module interface.

New: Use OAuth 2.0 Protocol To Comply With Google and Microsoft Standards

Now the extension supports OAuth 2.0 protocol recommended by Google and Microsoft. Set up a secure connection and make sure your emails will reach addressees.

Run Debug Mode To Check The Settings

Debug mode emulates the work of the email SMTP server and keeps a detailed log. If any mistakes occur you will see them in the log and make the necessary changes without reconsidering all the settings. When everything works correctly, you can clear the log manually or it will be cleared automatically after a certain period of time (in days).

Log With Detailed Email Content

The extension keeps an email log, registering all emails sent from your store. This list displays when and to whom the email was sent and what is the current status of the email (pending, in process, or failed). You can also view the content of any email to find out how the customer sees it. The email log can be cleared automatically after a specified time period (in days), or you can clear the log manually whenever it is needed.

Easily Process Cron Tasks

Operate all existing cron tasks on a special Cron Tasks List grid. Run cron tasks and generate their schedule by clicking the ‘Run Cron’ button. Delete tasks in bulk, use filtering, and sorting options when it is needed.
