An easy-to-use Form Constructor for Magento 2 lets you create any web form in seconds. Simply choose the necessary elements and arrange them according to your needs. Each element can be instantly copied or deleted by a single click.
Set Up Required Fields
Mark specific form fields as required. It means that a customer won’t be able to leave a form with these fields blank.
Custom Success Message
