Comply with the EU's GDPR and other legislative requirements with the GDPR for Magento 2 extension. Create and manage privacy policy documentation in order to collect your customers' consents on the registration and checkout pages. Take under control the list of users without privacy policy consents and send email requests. View all actions, taken by your customers that are related to the privacy policy and account management.

  • Stay compliant with th GDPR: create and update your privacy policy;
  • Manade documentation versions;
  • Collect and easily manage user consents on the privacy policy;
  • Enable customers to download, anonymize, and request to delete their profile data;
  • Manage the cookie policy.

Extended Customer Account

EU's GDPR requires e-commerce websites to provide customers with the set of tools to control their personal data. With the extension, you can add an extra section to the customers' accounts that allows users to:

  • Download all personal information provided to your store;
  • Anonymize the account information to make it completely unreadable;
  • Leave a request to delete account.

From the backend, the admin users can deal with the incoming requests to delete users accounts. One can approve or deny a request and send the notification email.

Privacy Policy Documentation Management

The GDPR extension for Magento 2 allows you to create and manage the privacy policy documentation. On top of that, the module enables store admins to set the policy version and enable or disable each of them.

Customers can give their consent with the privacy policy on:

  • the registration page;
  • the checkout page.

In both cases the popup window with the privacy policy text is displayed and a checkbox to flag is added.

All registered customers are divided into two grids: with and without consent with any of the existing privacy policies. From both grids the admin user can send email requests to agree to the policy or to give a consent to the updated one.

Track Users Activity

The GDPR extension for Magento 2 logs all actions performed by your customers that are related to the privacy policy. Whether it is the account activity (download all data, anonymize it or request to delete account) or a new privacy policy consent — all actions will be logged and displayed on the special grid.
