Flexible Knowledge Base Layout

Creating the knowledge base is not only about questions and answers but also about the look and functionality of the FAQ section. The extension can add a FAQ section to product pages as a new tab. You will need to assign questions to particular products to achieve this. Also, the module provides your Magento 2 store with a separate knowledge base that consists of 3 configurable widgets:

  1. search widget to allow customers to quickly find the required information
  2. categories widget to display questions grouped by categories
  3. 'return to product' widget that helps customers go back to the last viewed product
