Overview

There are situations when you need to generate  additional fees for service. The module adds multiple fee blocks to check out and cart pages to let store visitors choose the necessary fee options before completing the purchase. Besides, you can create percent or fixed price fees, select different input types, and display additional info for each fee block. Flexible conditions help to create fees based on payment and shipping methods, as well as on product subselection and cart attributes. For example, you'll be able to provide customers with additional paid services like gift wrapping, rush delivery, or insurance based on particular cart attributes.

Account & Pricing

This extension is ready-to-use out of the box so no separate account is required and no fees are applied for using it.

Key Features:

  • Add multiple additional fees
  • Show fees in a shopping cart and on a checkout page
  • Determine fees display with flexible conditions like SKU, payment and shipping methods, delivery address, etc.
  • Create truly mandatory fees and control fees refund policy
  • Calculate fees taxes in compliance with local regulations
  • GraphQL compatibility and API support

Choose The Base For Fees Calculation

An admin user can specify which product price should be set as a base for percent fee calculation. It's possible to include or exclude shipping amount, discounts and any additional taxes applied to products when generating fee amount. This feature can be applied to all fees by default; it’s also possible to set custom calculation parameters for a certain rule.

Comply With Local Tax Regulations

European businesses are required to clearly inform users on order total price, including all taxes and additional charges. This is why we added a feature that allows you to adjust the display of fees’ taxes. You can assign the preferred tax class for fees. Also, decide if you need to display taxes at the shopping cart and memo documents.

Select The Price Type

Choose either a percent or a fixed price type. Therefore, you can set a flat amount tax like $15 as well as a specific percent from the cart subtotal. In case you pick a percent fee type, the extension automatically calculates the specified percent for each fee option ad displays calculation results to customers.

Determine Fees Display With Conditions

Easily create various payment fees based on multiple conditions and condition combinations. Use cart and product attributes to fine tune fee's display according to your requirements. Charge special taxes for particular products (SKU condition), items from a specific category or with a specific attribute set, etc.

Make Fees Mandatory Or Optional

Certain businesses might require fees to be truly mandatory, without an option for customers to remove the fee. The extension provides full control, as you can specify if the fee is mandatory on the level of each specific fee. Simply set the ‘Mandatory Fee’ feature in the admin panel to ‘Yes’, and the fee will be added to Order Totals by default.

Create Fees Based On Payment And Shipping Methods

Store owners can assign more fees to any shipping or payment method they need. For instance, surcharge 5% for the DHL Ground shipping method or add additional fee for those customers who choose the 'cash on delivery' method.

Choose An Input Type

Due to flexible settings, it's possible to adjust fee options display to your needs. The module offers 3 input types:

  • Dropdown
  • Radio buttons
  • Checkboxes

Set Default Fee Values

Specify a default fee value, which will be automatically applied on the frontend unless a shopper selects another one.

Choose Pages For Fees Display

Add the multiple fees blocks to cart and checkout pages to help customers easily apply the necessary option and immediately see the final sum including more fees.

Manage fees refund with ease

You can decide which fee can be refunded. Let’s say, a customer placed a big order and asked to gift-wrap all products. Later, the customer changed his mind and asked to wrap only 2 products. This means that you need to return only a part of charged fees. When creating a refund memo, simply enter the fee amount you’d like to refund. It will affect only the fee you are refunding. So if a user applied several fees in one order, you can choose what fees you will refund and in what amount.

Apply Fees To Orders From The Admin Area

The extension allows adding fees to orders created by managers in Magento 2 backend. It's especially handy when a shopper asks for special services after the order has been placed or orders via phone call. You can edit the existing purchase and recalculate the final costs.

Adjust Fees Options For Different Languages

The module allows you to select store views and customer groups for which extra services with the corresponding taxes will be available. For example, translate fee options into different languages for each particular store view without extra development.

Security & PCI Compliance

Our extension does not work with credit card data or any other payment-related information It simply hides the payment method on the checkout if specific conditions are met. No sensitive payment information is stored on your, our or Magento servers.
