Utilize the chance to easily enhance both the shopping process and user experience with the one handy tool provided by the module. The Login As Customer extension for Magento 2 enables store administrators to view the entire website from the shoppers' perspective. Using this functionality one can quickly enter any customer account to provide support, assist with checkout, or accompany during shopping.

Besides the main feature, the extension allows you to track all the admin login attempts on the grid, as well as equip user roles with the specific permissions.

Key Features:

  • See the store from customers' point of view;
  • One-click admin assess to any user account;
  • Track and record each customer account login attempt;
  • Enable sub-admins to login as customers.

Login As Customer In One Click

From the backend of your Magento 2 store, select any customer and click the 'Login as Customer' button. Next, you will be redirected to the customer's account dashboard. Now, you're logged in and can operate as a selected customer: browse the store, make purchases, and even contact support. This is the best chance to look at your store from the shoppers' side.

Track Login As Customer Activity With Log

The store administrator can easily see all login attempts performed by the sub-admin users. Every time when a sub-admin uses the 'Login as Customer' button, the attempt is recorded and can be viewed in the special log. Each record contains such information as:

  • customer account details
  • sub-admin users details
  • time and date
  • store view

Allow Sub-Admin Users To Login As Customer

The module is extremely helpful for sales representatives and dealers that work with your store. Using the default Magento 2 permissions functionality, the store administrator can grant sub-admin users the ability to log in as customer as well as view the activity log.
