Let Shoppers Cancel Orders

Usually, customers need to write an email to the store admin and ask to cancel the order, which is time-consuming. With the extension, users can cancel their orders by themselves on the ‘My Orders’ page. 

Display Cancellation Details & Notes

To find out if a cancellation request has been processed, customers can check the relevant status of each order by clicking the ‘View Order’ button, where the date and the reason for annulation are shown. In addition to this, customers can see if a vendor added any notes for the request. 

Collect Info With A Popup

To collect useful info about order cancellation, store admin can activate a confirmation popup with a comment field. By allowing customers to add comments, you will avoid misunderstanding. To gather the most common reasons, you can add a reasons for cancellation dropdown to the popup. All details provided by a user will be displayed in the admin panel. 

Auto Cancel Pending Orders 

 o keep inventory data up-to-date and reduce the number of manual tasks, admins can cancel particular pending orders automatically. Specify the period of order creation that will be applicable for cancellation or leave the field empty to set auto cancel for all pending orders. Such orders will be moved to a separate Cancel Orders Grid. Shoppers, in their turn, will be notified about the cancellation.

Limit Cancellation

To make cancellation more flexible and avoid mistakes, you can choose the necessary order statuses to which auto-cancel will be applicable - Pending, Pending Payment, or both. In addition to this, different payment methods have their own peculiarities. To avoid issues with payments, you can set the time conditions for each particular payment method by setting the time during which the orders with the corresponding method should remain unpaid to cancel them. 

Automatically Restock Products

When the configuration is ready, auto cancel will be executed each hour by cron. All products in the canceled orders will be restocked by the extension in a few seconds and become available for the next purchases. Moreover, if you want to restock items immediately, you may execute cancellation manually using the 'Run' button. 

Manage Cancellation Requests

The extension lets you gather all the canceled orders in one grid. To speed up order archieving or deleting, apply bulk actions. You can also analyze the most common cancellation reasons by collecting all the info in one place.
