Overview

This extension provides you with the opportunity to send any emails from your store via a chosen server using the SMTP protocol instead of a standard PHP function. You can use a trusted provider like Google or go with your own server. The extension lets you establish the SMTP connection and check it to make sure that your emails are going through.

SMTP Email Settings features

  • Predefined SMTP settings for popular email providers

  • Possibility to send all of your emails via a popular email server like Yahoo or Google or via your own email server using SMTP connection

  • Option to check your SMTP connection for making sure your emails go through

Advanced options

  • A full log of sent emails on the separate grid with an option to see the contents of each email

  • Auto clean-up of the email log

  • A debug mode is available for identifying and fixing connection issues

  • Plain text MIME part is generated automatically. Quote-printable line length for e-mail messages is reduced to 75 characters  - both useful for avoiding the SPAM folder
