Overview

Back to top

With the Mass Order Actions Extension admin users will be able to send invoices, create shipments with tracking numbers and capture payments right from the order grid. Perform these actions one by one or in bulk to speed up order processing. Apart from that, it's possible to apply several different processing actions at once, import tracking numbers and notify customers via email each time a new order comment is added by a store administrator.

Features:

  • Effortlessly manage orders from the order grid;
  • Make changes to numerous orders in few clicks;
  • Choose the necessary info you want to display on the grid;
  • Inform customers when new comments are added to the order;
  • Klarna Payment support;
  • Possibility to export a "Shipping" column;
  • Choose which actions should be available on the grid;
  • Specify which status should be assigned to an order after the particular action is applied.

PROCESS ORDERS IN BULK

Perform different processing actions on the grid

Invoice and ship orders right from the order grid. Also on the grid, you can change order status, capture payment and add tracking numbers.

Process multiple orders in one go

To process multiple orders in bulk simply select the orders on the grid and apply the necessary actions. You can send invoices and shipments for 100 or more orders in a few clicks.

Use action combinations

Apply one or several processing actions at once. You can just invoice a number of orders or invoice, ship and capture payments for orders in one go.

Display tracking numbers on the grid

Show shipping carriers and add tracking numbers to the order grid.

Import tracking numbers

Easily import tracking numbers to your admin panel.

Notify customers of new comments

Now your customers can receive notifications once any comments with additional information are added to the order.

Customize backend permissions

Now you can separate permissions for each action to accurately divide the work between store admins.

Important! Download sample CSV file

Before importing a long list of tracking numbers make sure the CSV file with all necessary data is created correctly. Use this file to check the way the module works on our demo.
