The extension lets you send emails to customers from a number of places in your store’s backend quickly and easily.
OverviewBack to top
The extension lets you send emails to customers right from the backend pages. The feature is available on several admin destinations, such as the customer grid, the customer view page, the order grid and the order view page. Send messages to a group of customers filtered by some criteria, for example, 'order status'. Also, you can send emails both to registered and guest customers.
To save your time, the extension lets you send emails in bulk.
As the email dispatch feature is available both on the order and the customer grid, you can filter the customers or the orders by any criteria and send emails to the customers you need to contact right now.
Specify the default email template, the sender, and the subject, which can be later changed when sending the emails. The default settings can be set for each store view.
The extension supports emailing both the registered customers and the guest ones.
Use order or customer related variables in the emails - especially handy for bulk messages.
History of sent emails:
To have full control over emails sent to your customers, you’re provided with an email history tab on all customer view and order view pages.
