This extension allows you to manage requests from your clients in a much more orderly manner. The most important functionality is the creation of the so-called tickets. Thanks to them you will be able to follow the history of your clients' queries and answer them from the administration panel. Creating tickets is possible from the order view in the client panel, but you can also enable the guest extension. Thanks to this, they will be able to ask questions from the product before placing an order.
You can also create tickets in the administration panel. Thanks to this, after every phone, email or direct contact you can create a ticket and continue to support the client from the administration panel.
The extension also gives the possibility to create departments and assign to them both users of the administration panel and tickets. Additionally, you can also edit the email template that will be sent to your clients.
