Overview
Back to topDo you want to keep all your order information in one place? Orders Export & Import lets you do so by enabling a possibility to transfer Orders from/to other versions of Magento and third-party software (ERP systems and accounting software). Exporting the information, you create a file on a local server, which you could download upon the export completion. The export could be done either manually or automatically. Thus, connecting several Magento stores into one, thanks to Orders Export & Import, is not a problem any more.
You will be able to keep your imported data in perfect consistency by using the History tab which lets you control the import process by providing detailed information of every import that has ever happened.
You could export/import:
1. Orders, Order Addresses, Order Payments, Order Payment, Order Status History.
2. Invoices, Invoice Comments, Invoice Items.
3. Shipments, Shipment Comments, Shipped Items, Shipments Tracking.
4. Credit Memos, Credit Memo Comments, Credit Memo Items.
5. Checkout fields.
6. Transactions.
Export Orders features
1. Send Orders information to Local server, to Remote FTP or Email.
2. Select / Unselect Order Fields and Order Entities to export.
3. Export only particular parts of Orders (by status, number, date, Customer ID and Product ID).
4. Export the Orders that haven’t been exported yet within the set range.
5. Export Orders manually or automatically after invoices were created / after the checkout stage was passed / via cron.
Import Orders Features
1. Import Orders to corresponding store view or select one particular store view.
2. Choose import behavior: add new Orders, replace matching Orders with those you are importing, delete any Orders with IDs listed in the imported file.
