Overview

Our Invoice Payment module transforms Magento into a complete B2B invoicing platform capable of collecting ad-hoc payments for any products or services that you sell, using Stripe or Braintree to collect payments

Account and Pricing

Our Invoice Payment module is available for a single one-off payment. However, you additionally need either a Stripe or Braintree account.

For Stripe, you can sign-up here for a free Stripe account. Stripe operates on a pay-as-you-go pricing structure with no setup, monthly, or hidden fees, see Stripe pricing & fees.

For Braintree, if you don’t yet have an account then you will need to sign-up here for one as the extension will not create you an account during the installation. Please also check out the Braintree pricing as fees will apply when using Braintree to process your transactions.

Features

  • Generate invoices in the admin panel and collect payment for anything that your business sells, not just the products in Magento.
  • Can also be used for front-end orders from customers through the standard Magento checkout process, where they can pay for their order at their leisure in the future.
  • Customer receives a link by email that provides a single-click through to a payment page.
  • Ideal for B2B companies.
  • No checkout process. Just the payment form itself.
  • Compatible with Stripe and Braintree.

Why The Module Is Useful

With Invoice Payment you can collect payments for anything, and give your customers a one-click route to pay the invoice. You are no longer limited to using Magento purely for e-commerce transactions through your online shop.

It’s great for B2B companies who sell ad-hoc services, or where you want to invoice for products that are not available via your website. You can now literally invoice for anything, and collect the payments

Easily Collect Payments For Admin Panel Orders

Orders are created in the admin panel using the existing Magento functionality. Your customer receives an email that contains a link that takes them straight to a payment page. It is super simple for them and means you can process all of your invoicing through Magento.

Also Works With The Standard Magento Checkout

The Invoice Payment module works equally well with front-end orders placed by customers. For them you have the option of taking an order in the normal way using your website and then the customer can pay at their leisure by clicking the “pay link” on the order confirmation email or whilst viewing the order in their customer dashboard.

Payment Integration And Security

When the customer clicks on the pay link, customers see a hosted payment form provided by either Stripe or Braintree.

The customer enters his or her payment information directly into either Stripe's or Braintree's secure environment so that your Magento system never comes into contact with the customers payment data.

Once the payment process is complete, the customer receives a confirmation email and the order is marked as paid, as normal.
