Besides selecting the item(s) for return, a customer needs to answer several questions regarding package and item conditions, request resolution, etc. Since all RMA form fields are custom, an admin is free to decide what return info to ask for. Admins can monitor all RMA requests from the dedicated grid. Customers can oversee the request progress and exchange messages with admins.
