Product Questions extension for Magento 2 introduces a question/answer thread to the product pages of the store. Whether you want the store administrator to answer the questions or let the community do it for you, Product Questions offers a convenient communication platform.
With the Product Questions extension, you get a full control of the question/answer process. Depending on how you plan it, Product Questions extension can serve as a knowledge base, forum, communication platform or even customer-powered social network.

Another option is to position the Product Questions block as a forum thread, letting all customer groups participate in the discussion of a particular product. Store administrator can enable question rating system. Ratings may be also edited manually via backend. Having rating system allows customers to view submissions by usefulness.

Customer Notifications
