Overview

Back to top

When installed, Layered Navigation extension for Magento 2 automatically applies functional improvements to native navigation, with just a few optional features left for administrator to decide on.The extension becomes an invaluable navigation tool for customers when browsing product heavy catalogs, allowing selecting multiple product attributes at once with no page reloads.

Once the required product attributes are selected, a pop-up is displayed with the total quantity of the products matching all currently selected conditions. The customer can then click ‘Show’ button in the pop-up to apply the filter to the category. In addition, three new filter types are available at customers’ disposal: new products, in-stock items, products on sale.

Business value

The extension enhances customers’ catalog browsing experience by providing relevant selection of products.

  • Improve usability for new sales with simple and convenient navigation;
  • Increase customers' loyalty by allowing them to reduce filtering time with Attributes Multiselect;
  • Take care of SEO in few clicks with full set of SEO improvements available at the extension settings.

Feature Highlights

New filters

Product selection may be narrowed down to show new, discounted, and in-stock items.

Attribute multiselect

Several attributes of a single filter may be selected at the same time, which isn’t possible without the extension.

No intermediary page reloads

Navigation process is not interrupted by reloads after each attribute selection.

Interactive item count

As attributes are selected, an automatic popover shows how many items match current selection.

SEO enhancements

Define URL look, disable idexes for catalog pages, meta title and description for search results pages, 301 override for old search results pages, meta robots rewrite. Anything you might think of.
