The Advanced Reviews module allows merchants to collect product reviews for Magento 2 stores via email review reminders and on-site review forms on product pages. To submit a review, a customer just needs to fill in all the required sections, including review summary, rating, and details and send it for admin’s approval. Optionally, admins can leave comments to reviews.
For email review forms, this customer reviews extension for Magento 2 provides the same functionality as for the on-site ones. Thus, customers can use any of the provided review options equally beneficially. An email review reminder will be sent to a customer X days (a custom value specified by the owner of this review Magento extension) after he/she made a purchase.
The frontend interface provided by this customer reviews module for Magento 2 allows conveniently browsing all product-related reviews by sorting them by rating, submission date, or helpfulness. Thanks to the last option, users can immediately access those reviews that were evaluated as the most useful ones via helpfulness voting.
The ‘Reviews’ tab added by this review extension for Magento 2 includes product rating info, review list with ratings and summaries on each particular review, etc. For products with more than 10 reviews, there is the convenient review list pagination feature enabling users to browse through dedicated review pages. Long reviews in the list are presented in a collapsed form. They can be expanded by clicking on the ‘Read more’ active link.

Email reviewers will automatically receive the ‘Verified Buyer’ badge, and when approved, their reviews will be marked as the ones from verified buyers.
- Featured Reviews
Highlight up to 5 most relevant and powerful reviews into a featured block. Let authors feel that you value their opinion and appreciate it to be a significant part of the product.
- Review Policy Configuration
Enable Terms and Conditions and allows guests to specify their email addresses to leave a review. Configure notifications and parameters for image attachments.
- GDPR Compliance
If a reviewer deletes his/her account from a web store, his/her review will be marked as the one from a guest user. Unsubscription from review notifications. Allow unsubscribing and let shoppers decide for themselves whether they are idle contributors or proactive advocates.
- SEO – Friendly
For better visibility in search results, the schema.org markup is implemented within the module.
