Overview

This extension displays the name of the Salesperson or Customer Service Executive who created the order in the order list view and order detail page.

Overview

This extension displays the name of the admin who has created or modified an order. For example, if Agent 1 received a call and took the order over the phone, he can enter the oder in Magento and after placing the order, the list view of the orders will display Agent 1 in the "Created By" column. This extension adds a column in the list view and displays the name of the admin who has created the order. This makes it easier for Merchants to identify how their team is working by looking into the list view and being able to see the orders created by Agents at a glance.

Apart from this, when an admin views the details of that order, he can see the name "Agent 1" underneath the comments section as well. If Agent 1 is not available and Agent 2 wants to update the comments and submits it, the system will record the comment along with the name Agent 2 so the Agent 1 on return can identify that Agent 2 has placed this comment.
